Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Senior Manager, Forecasting to lead robust, data-driven forecasts for the US market across the Ig, Coagulation or Specialty franchises. The role requires consultancy-style communication with brand stakeholders and development of new forecasting platforms.

You will manage forecast work streams, inform analytical methods, integrate market research and CI inputs, and deliver monthly SKU and quarterly product forecasts with clear assumptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business/marketing or science; MBA a plus.
• 7+ years' relevant commercial operations experience.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
• Knowledge of relevant legal, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage forecasting work streams for the franchise focusing on model development and outputs.
• Inform forecasts for each brand in the portfolio using analytics.
• Include key levers and market events in the forecast.
• Standardize and embed sensitivity analyses in forecasting.
• Lead forecast reviews with Brand and Franchise; present inputs/outputs clearly.
• Collaborate with marketing and market insights to inform forecasts.
• Maintain long-range forecasts including pipeline activities and events.
• Deliver SKU-level monthly forecasts and quarterly product forecasts.
