Job summary

CSL is seeking a senior forecasting leader to drive long-range planning for the Hematology portfolio. You will partner with commercial development, Brand/Marketing, and R&D to align assumptions, inputs, and scenarios across global markets.

You will mentor a team of forecasters, oversee model development, and influence asset strategy and go/no-go decisions. Strong analytics, storytelling, and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business field; post-graduate qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of long-term forecasting models for global therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate with Hematology leaders, R&D and finance to integrate insights into long-range planning.
• Coordinate with international and US teams on inputs for short-term forecast and budget planning.
• Present scenarios and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance on market trends and opportunities to inform strategies.
• Mentor and manage forecasters, including contractors and remote resources.
