Job summary

CSL Behring seeks a Senior Forecasting Lead to direct long-range planning for the Hematology portfolio, building comprehensive forecasting models and aligning inputs from commercial development, R&D, and finance. Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with preferred focus in a scientific or business field (decision sciences, finance, analytics, economics, analytics/statistics or related). Post-graduate qualifications preferred.
• 8–10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry across multiple therapeutic areas; plus at least 5+ years leading forecasting/analytics teams in biotech/pharma.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority and collaborate across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of comprehensive long-term forecasting models for global therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate with Hematology leaders, PST/GPLs in R&D and finance to integrate forecasting into long-range planning.
• Partner with Intl & US I&A on inputs for short-term forecast and budget planning.
• Present forecast scenarios to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
