Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a strategic forecasting leader to drive global long-range planning for Hematology and related portfolios. You will partner with Commercial Development, R&D, and Finance to build robust models and actionable insights.

You will direct forecasting projects, manage a diverse team, and oversee 4-10 year volume and revenue projections with scenario analysis, while staying current on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in decision sciences, finance, analytics or related field. Post-graduate preferable.
• 8-10 years in pharma/biotech forecasting with leadership of analytics teams.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to translate data into insights and influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term forecasting models for global therapeutic areas and align with commercial and R&D inputs.
• Lead 3- to 10-year volume/ revenue planning and scenario modeling.
• Mentor a team of forecasters, including contractors and offshore resources.
• Present scenarios to senior leadership and drive data-driven decisions.
