Job summary

Hydrogen Group seeks a Supply Chain Analyst focused on Forecasting and Planning in Venus/Midlothian, TX. You will build demand forecasts for Transmission and Distribution construction projects and translate them into replenishment and supply plans while coordinating with engineering and field teams.

You will monitor forecast accuracy, identify shortages or excess inventory risks, and support a transition from Velocity to Manhattan WMS, leveraging Excel, Power BI and ERP data to drive actionable

Qualifications

• Experience in demand forecasting, materials planning, supply planning or related function.
• Experience in electric utility or asset-intensive industry preferred.
• Understanding how schedules drive material demand.
• Strong Excel skills and large dataset work.
• Experience with KPIs for supply chain planning.
• CPIM/CSCP certification is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain material demand forecasts for Transmission and Distribution work.
• Translate forecasts into replenishment and supply plans with stocking levels and reorder points.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust planning models as schedules change.
• Identify shortages and excess inventory risks; recommend actions.
• Collaborate with project, engineering and field teams on upcoming work.
• Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams reflecting current inventory.
• Develop and report planning KPIs (forecast accuracy, fill rate, turns).
• Support transition from Velocity to Manhattan WMS.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
