Job summary

Hydrogen Group in Venus, TX is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst – Data & Reporting to automate recurring reports, build dashboards, and turn materials and inventory data into actionable insights for leadership during a major warehouse management transition.

The role requires BI tool experience (Cognos, Power BI, Tableau), KPI development, and collaboration with planning and warehouse teams to deliver accurate reporting during the transition.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence or a related analytical function.
• Supply chain, materials, inventory or utility experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports in Cognos, Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated experience automating manual reports or reporting processes.
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs and performance metrics.
• Experience working with large datasets and using Excel for analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Aera AI or Manhattan is a major advantage.
• SQL experience is a plus.
• Maximo or comparable ERP experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Automate recurring reports and manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and turnaround time.
• Build and maintain dashboards using Cognos, Power BI, Tableau or comparable reporting platforms.
• Develop, define and track KPIs for inventory, materials and supply chain performance.
• Extract, clean, validate and analyze data from Maximo, warehouse management systems and other sources.
• Translate data into clear findings, trends and practical recommendations for supply chain leaders.
• Support reporting accuracy and consistency throughout the transition from Velocity to Manhattan.
• Document data sources, report logic, processes and refresh schedules to maintain reliable reporting.
• Partner with planning, inventory and warehouse stakeholders to understand reporting needs and prioritize solutions.
