Responsibilities

• Design and develop large-scale supply chain, logistics, and material flow processes from external warehouses through the assembly line.
• Partner cross-functionally with Production Control, Packaging, Inbound Logistics, Factory Design, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to develop integrated material flow solutions.
• Develop detailed value-stream, logistics, routing, warehouse, and facility layout designs.
• Design and implement material handling and flow systems, including conveyors, EMS, AGVs, and ASRS.
• Develop analytical models to evaluate cost, throughput, space utilization, part sequencing, material batching, intermediate storage, and other material flow strategies.
• Plan and manage project schedules while ensuring alignment with overall program milestones and deliverables.
• Drive projects to achieve safety, quality, cost, timing, and throughput targets.
• Lead high-impact supply chain automation initiatives that connect physical logistics with digital intelligence.
• Leverage data, advanced automation, and AI-driven solutions to identify potential bottlenecks, improve material flow, and optimise throughput.
• Serve as a technical leader across complex, ambiguous projects while developing practical, first-principles engineering solutions.
