Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Forecast Planner to own cross-functional forecasting initiatives and manage daily planning operations to optimize service levels, in-stock availability, waste reduction, and supplier performance. You will work with analytics, product teams, and field stakeholders to design and improve planning systems and processes.

The role requires advanced SQL, Excel, and BI tool proficiency (Looker preferred), a strong quantitative background, and a 3+ year track record in supply chain

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, Demand Planning, and/or Vendor Management.
• 2+ years of working with forecast performance across multiple nodes of a supply chain.
• 2+ years of cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance forecasting initiatives to improve in-stock, waste, and event performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify practical, customer-centric solutions.
• Monitor planning systems, run diagnostics, and implement corrective actions.
