You’ll tackle business challenges, unlock data potential, and drive improvements at pace at the heart of decision making. As a leader you’ll own project plans, manage risks, and champion outcomes while applying advanced SQL and data manipulation skills across store and supplier ordering, demand forecasting, and pricing.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with ability to shape strategy and translate into delivery.
• Strong SQL and data manipulation skills applied to forecasting and planning.
• Deep understanding of food supply chain operations and pricing.
• Experience leading change and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and coach team members to drive technical competence.
• Own the system development plan and set development priorities.
• Act as expert across store and supplier ordering, demand forecasting, and pricing.
• Present ideas and investment requests to senior stakeholders and plan implementations.
• Validate forecast improvements to improve availability and reduce stock/markdowns.
