Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Store Manager to lead a large, fast-paced team and drive exceptional store performance. You will coach staff, uphold high standards, and ensure customer-centric operations across Market Street. Reporting to Regional leadership, you will own store performance, develop talent, and maintain an inclusive culture.

You will oversee cost management, compliance, and community engagement while delivering a welcoming shopping experience for customers every day.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large, fast-paced team within food retail.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate and build trust across a store.
• Strong knowledge of store operations, standards, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Set culture and lead an inclusive, high-performing environment.
• Lead from the front on the shop floor, mentoring the team and ensuring standards.
• Develop future talent through coaching and succession planning.
