Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is seeking a Supply Chain Optimization Leader to drive end-to-end efficiency from supplier to customer. You will work cross-functionally with Transportation, Supply Chain Finance, and Category Management to identify opportunities and implement data-driven improvements.

In this role you’ll hire, train, and mentor a team of Analysts and/or Specialists while developing models and scenarios to reduce costs and improve service levels across the value chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and forecasting.
• Experience with category management, DC operations, or transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support optimization of the supplier-to-customer network and drive end-to-end efficiency.
• Maintain optimization models for cost and service metrics.
• Collaborate with Finance to analyze cost drivers and ROI.
• Coordinate with Finance on cost allocation methodologies.
• Partner with Category Management to support data-driven decisions.
• Create financial models to evaluate opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and service improvement.
• Mentor junior team members and define roles.
