Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a performance-focused Finance Partner to work with Regional Managers across our estate, turning data into actionable insights that drive EBITDA and store performance. You will deliver granular analysis, influence strategic decisions, and partner with Retail Operations, Finance and Property to translate numbers into practical actions on the shop floor.

You'll bring professional qualifications (CIMA/ACCA/ACA), strong analytical ability, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Professional qualification in a recognised accounting/business qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
Ability to translate complex numbers into actionable insights for operational leaders.
Strong communication skills with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

Act as a commercial partner to Regional Managers, driving financial performance to the shop floor.
Collaborate daily with Retail Operations, Finance and Property to inform decisions and performance insights.
Own store performance analysis and contribute to shaping store strategies across the estate.
