• Previous Service Advisor experience required.
• Ford service experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and accurately identify their service and repair needs.
• Write and manage repair orders from check-in through completion.
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair recommendations, costs, and timelines.
• Work closely with technicians and the service department to ensure quality and timely repairs.
• Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction while driving service department results.
