Responsibilities

Greenwich Ford is seeking experienced Automotive Service Technicians to join our growing service team. If you have a strong background servicing Ford vehicles, this is an opportunity for you. What You'll Do

• Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work on a variety of vehicles, including luxury and late-model pre-owned vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns accurately and efficiently.
• Perform brake, suspension, steering, cooling, HVAC, and general automotive repairs.
• Complete routine maintenance services, inspections, and preventative maintenance.
• Identify additional repair and maintenance needs during vehicle inspections.
• Perform quality-control checks to ensure repairs are completed properly.
• Follow manufacturer specifications, dealership procedures, and safety standards.
• Properly document repairs and communicate vehicle concerns with service advisors and management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with other technicians, service advisors, and dealership personnel.
• Continue developing technical skills through hands‑on experience and available training.
• Help maintain the dealership's high standards for vehicle quality and customer satisfaction.

• Automotive service and repair experience preferred.

• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to perform repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Experience working on Ford vehicles is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate repair procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Compensation

• Flat-rate pay rate of $35 per hour performance-based incentives

• Additional earning potential based on productivity, quality, experience, and performance
• Actual compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, and performance
