Job summary

Ken Garff Automotive Group is hiring in Cheyenne for a sales professional. You’ll meet customers, assess their needs, and guide them to the right Ford vehicle.

You’ll manage leads and appointments promptly, with product knowledge on trims, towing, payload, powertrains and hybrids, ensuring a clean, honest deal and a delivery customers talk about. You’ll follow up after the sale, seek referrals, and build a recurring book of business while hitting monthly unit goals and customer-satisfaction

Qualifications

• A track record of selling something and winning at it.
• Self-discipline to run one's own day.
• Strong follow-up habits via phone, text and email.
• Honesty in all deals.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet people, determine needs, and help them get into the right Ford vehicle.
• Manage leads and appointments the same day; speed is key.
• Know product details: trims, towing, payload, powertrains, hybrids, and Ford advantages.
• Deliver a clean, honest deal and a memorable delivery experience.
• Follow up after the sale, request referrals, build repeat business.
• Hit monthly unit goals and maintain customer satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with sales manager and finance to act as one team.
