You’ll manage leads and appointments with speed, maintain product knowledge, and deliver transparent, positive deals that earn referrals.

The role emphasizes following up after sale, hitting monthly targets, and collaborating with sales and finance teams to close deals. Training and growth are provided.

Qualifications

• A track record of selling something and winning at it.
• Car experience helps, but we will train the right person from another sales background.
• Self-discipline. The best people here run their own day.
• Strong phone, text and email follow-up habits, and comfort with a CRM.
• Honesty. We do not win deals by hiding the ball.
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet people, find out what they actually need, and help them get into the right Ford
• Work your leads and your appointments the same day, every day.
• Speed wins deals here
• Know your product cold: trims, towing, payload, powertrains, hybrids and what Ford does better than the other guy
• Deliver a clean, honest deal and a delivery the customer tells people about
• Follow up after the sale, ask for the referral, and build a book of repeat business
• Hit your monthly unit goal and your customer satisfaction scores
• Work with your sales manager and the finance office as one team
