Qualifications

• Automotive repair experience at a dealership or independent shop.
• [X+ years] for main shop techs; no experience needed for apprentice roles.
• Ford STST or ASE certifications a plus.
• Your own tools and a valid driver's license with a good record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair customer, warranty and internal work: engine, electrical, drivability, brakes, suspension, HVAC and more
• Do thorough multi-point inspections and write up what the vehicle needs with clear notes and photos
• Fix it right the first time and document your story for warranty payments
• Keep your bay clean, safe and organized
• Work as a team with your advisor, shop foreman and parts counter
• Keep growing your skills through factory training and certifications
