Responsibilities

• Develop and execute work plans based on diagnostics.
• Perform advanced diagnostic tests on Ford vehicles and propose solutions.
• Inspect suspensions, steering, and exhaust for issues.
• Execute repairs or replacements on critical components as needed.
• Respond to emergencies with on-site support.
• Test drive repaired vehicles to confirm resolution.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and brake checks.
• Maintain accurate service records and inventory.
