Qualifications

• Ford Technician certification required or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Ford vehicle systems.
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and computer systems.
• Good communication and writing/typing skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Willing to pass drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive repairs and maintenance on Ford vehicles.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot concerns and symptoms.
• Follow factory guidelines and specifications for repairs and service.
• Accurately document repair orders.
• Maintain high workmanship standards.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
