• Advanced knowledge of Ford vehicles and diesel engines.
• Experience with electrical systems and Ford diagnostics.
• Ford certifications are required.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Customer consultation to understand vehicle issues and plan service.
• Develop and execute work plans based on diagnostics.
• Perform diagnostic testing on Ford vehicles and interpret results.
• Inspect vehicle systems (suspension, steering, exhaust) to diagnose problems.
• Repair or replace critical components (transmissions, brakes, engines).
• Respond to emergencies with field visits as needed.
• Test drive repaired vehicles to verify fixes and performance.
• Carry out routine maintenance (oil changes, alignment, brake checks).
• Maintain accurate service records and inventory.
