Qualifications
- Must have Ford Certification and be able to diagnose and repair complex systems.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills required to work with modern Ford vehicles.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to learn new technology and repair procedures quickly.
Responsibilities
- Perform work on repair orders efficiently following dealership standards.
- Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify needed repairs.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical and brakes.
- Communicate with Service Advisor about additional repairs and time estimates.
- Complete repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
