Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Senior Master Ford Technician for our Sterling Heights area service shop. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing Ford vehicles, maintaining high quality standards, and ensuring safety and compliance with manufacturer requirements.

The technician will work on complex engine, transmission, ADAS, and hybrid systems, while mentoring apprentices and supporting the service team to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have Ford Senior Master Certification.
• Experience in Ford dealership service environments.
• Strong diagnostics and repair expertise across complex systems.
• Familiarity with Ford vehicles, ADAS, hybrids and EVs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems per Ford and dealer standards.
• Perform repairs with emphasis on safety and quality; conduct road tests and QA inspections.
• Document diagnostics, procedures, and labor operations.
• Mentor apprentices and support junior technicians as needed.
