Chapman Ford of Philadelphia is expanding its Mobile Service team and seeks a self-motivated automotive technician to perform on-site services at customer locations across Pennsylvania and beyond.

Responsibilities include executing light repairs, recall work, and oil changes while traveling to appointments. Ford brand familiarity and excellent customer service are highly valued, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with strong people skills and a drive to grow.
• Prior Ford experience is preferred for this mobile service role.
• PA Emission/Inspection License required.
• Valid Driver's License with clean record in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer appointments delivering light automotive services.
• Perform recall replacements and oil changes in the field.
• Manage daily schedules and customer relationships in community settings.

We are looking for a self‑motivated automotive technician who is personable, dependable and trustworthy. You will help us create and deliver light automotive services directly to customers. You will manage your day in the community traveling to appointments, performing services like recall replacements and oil changes. Top notch training is provided, customer experience and/or hospitality experience desired.

  • Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions
  • Physical strength to lift a tire onto the vehicle from a crouching position.
    • Some Mobile Service Van repairs may necessitate the ability to lift between 75 and 100 pounds
• A, B, or Master Level experience as an Automotive Technician at a dealership preferred
• Prior Ford experience necessary
• PA Emission/Inspection License required
• Valid Driver's License with no major violations within the past 3 years
