Chapman Ford of Philadelphia is actively seeking experienced Ford Certified Automotive Technicians to join our high-volume service team. You will diagnose and repair Ford vehicles using Ford diagnostics with a focus on customer-pay and warranty work.

Qualifications
- Ford Motor Company certifications required.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience with Ford diagnostic software and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- PA Emission/Inspection License required.
- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform electrical, mechanical, engine, transmission, and drivetrain diagnostics and repairs.
- Complete customer-pay and warranty repairs accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize Ford diagnostic equipment, including FDRS, IDS, and other manufacturer resources.
- Perform thorough Multi-Point Inspections and identify recommended maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain accurate repair documentation in accordance with Ford warranty requirements.
- Work closely with service advisors, parts personnel, and fellow technicians to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

- A, B, or Master Level experience as an Automotive Technician at a dealership.
- Prior Ford experience is preferred
- PA Emission/Inspection License required
- Valid Driver’s License with no major violations within the past 3 years
