Job summary

A local automotive dealership is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to work primarily in the field, performing repairs at customers' homes. The role requires a solid background in automotive systems and excellent customer service skills. Mobile Service Technician

We are looking for an individual that can be on the road 80-90% of the time in our Mobile Service Van to complete repairs at our customers homes.

Service Technician Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Mobile Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
