Job summary

Percepta in Allen Park, MI is seeking a Senior Ford App Specialist to support a mobility-focused program for Ford. You will act as a subject matter expert, guide customers, and mentor fellow staff while delivering outstanding experiences that drive loyalty.

Daily tasks include updating AAF content, monitoring knowledge bases, handling escalations, and partnering with IT teams on system enhancements. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in training, public relations, public affairs, sales, marketing, customer service, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of in-person or retail customer relations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trust as a SME for the Ford app program.
• Assist with daily and monthly content updates and data reporting.
• Monitor knowledgebase content (AAF) and suggest enhancements.
• Handle escalated issues and provide guidance to fellow staff.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and mentor guides.
