Famous Footwear seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Massachusetts to lead a team and deliver a best-in-class customer experience for the whole family. You will act as the store leader in the Store Manager’s absence, drive sales, coach associates, and uphold store standards with a focus on growth and engagement.

You’ll inspire, train, and develop staff, ensuring flawless execution of daily operations, and contribute to a positive, inclusive store culture aligned with our Famous Feeling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Experience interviewing, hiring, and training people.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate with store associates.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.
• Basic computer skills.
