Famous Footwear is hiring a Sales Lead in a full-time role in Massachusetts. You will inspire teammates, coach selling behaviors, and elevate store performance while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This position requires leading by example and maintaining a positive, inclusive store culture that energizes both customers and associates. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations, inventory control, and ensuring the store reflects the Famous brand in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Experience leading a team and motivating others to achieve goals.
• Ability to mentor and train associates on selling and operations processes.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
