Job summary

Skechers seeks a detail-oriented Sample Coordinator to manage footwear samples, coordinate shipments, and maintain showrooms across divisions. The role requires meticulous organization, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate domestic and international shipments for conferences and shoots, create invoices for samples, and ensure all development and NA/SLS samples are tracked and distributed to the right teams.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized; able to take direction and work independently.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to move and lift boxes of footwear samples between buildings.
• Must be able to travel by company vehicle between Skechers office buildings through Manhattan Beach.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain assigned division's showrooms multiple times a day and ensure accurate sample displays.
• Coordinate sample shipments for domestic and international conferences, trade shows, and photo shoots.
• Create invoices for samples sent for photography and track ETD and delivery.
• Fulfills sample requests and maintains logs for NA/SLS/INA/CAN/AKS samples; supports product team.
