Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking a Sample Coordinator to manage footwear samples, coordinate shipments and maintain showrooms across divisions in Manhattan Beach.

The role requires organizing spaces, tracking sample flow, and facilitating timelines for domestic and international events. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in an office or footwear retail setting, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to travel between Skechers offices.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and able to work independently.
• 1–2 years professional work experience in an office environment or footwear retail.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus but not required.
• Ability to move and lift footwear samples and travel between Skechers office buildings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain assigned division’s footwear samples and showroom spaces.
• Coordinate sample shipments and distribution for meetings, conferences, and photo shoots.
• Create invoices and track ETA for samples sent for photography.
• Audit line sheets for correct product information and images.
• Collaborate with Sales Reps and Product Team for sample allocation and presentations.
• Print development reports for Merchandisers and VP as needed.
• Monthly rotational duties including preparing and shipping samples to international partners.
