Job summary

Skechers is seeking a Sample Coordinator in Manhattan Beach to manage division footwear samples, organize showroom walls, and coordinate shipments for events and shoots. You will ensure timely deliveries, maintain sample logs, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Design teams.

The role requires 1–2 years in an office or footwear setting, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office; travel by company vehicle is possible within the office network.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Fashion, or Design preferred.
• 1–2 years professional work experience in an office environment or footwear retail.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, Excel and Power Point).
• Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage showrooms and keep sample walls up to date.
• Coordinate sample shipments for meetings, trade shows, and shoots.
• Track samples and maintain logs for divisions.
• Work with sales and product teams on sample use and photo shoots.
• Assist with invoicing and packing for shipments.
• Support reception and cross-functional teams as needed.
