Job summary

Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a Sample Coordinator for Foamies in Manhattan Beach, CA. The role manages footwear samples, coordinates shipments, and maintains showroom displays to ensure timely availability of the latest styles.

The candidate should be highly organized with strong communication, able to meet deadlines, and willing to travel between Skechers offices. Proficiency in MS Office is required; Photoshop/Illustrator are a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Fashion, or Design preferred.
• 1–2 years professional work experience in an office environment or footwear retail experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the assigned division’s showrooms multiple times a day.
• Organize showroom walls and audit rooms weekly.
• Add new styles and remove reduced/dropped styles from walls.
• Coordinate sample shipments for domestic and international conferences, trade shows, and photo shoots.
• Create invoices and track sample ETD and shipping; coordinate with Asia offices where needed.
