Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support store goals.
• Maintain awareness of current promotions and store standards.
• Keep merchandise presented and organized; ensure stock is stocked and neatly displayed.
• Develop product knowledge and fitting skills for customers.
• Monitor loss prevention concerns and uphold store policies.
• Assist in inventories, shipping/receiving, and merchandise placement as needed.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the POS and verify shoes for mates.
