Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a sales associate to deliver exceptional customer service, process sales transactions accurately at the POS, and maintain store presentation and stock readiness.

In this role you will promote promotions, assist customers with product knowledge and fittings, participate in inventories, and support store leadership in maintaining loss prevention and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.

• Strong organization and math skills for checkout and inventory tasks.
• Experience in retail sales, preferably specialty retail or footwear.
