Job summary

Rack Room Shoes in Columbus, OH is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional shopping experiences. You will meet sales goals, assist customers, and maintain accurate cash handling and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

Create an excellent shopping experience for customers through service standards and product knowledge.
Maintain awareness of current promotions and ensure merchandise presentation.
Ensure stock is organized and the sales floor is clean and tidy.
Develop and maintain product knowledge and fitting skills.
Maintain awareness of loss prevention concerns among customers and staff.
Participate in inventories, assist in shipping/receiving, and place merchandise on the floor as needed.
Process all sales and POS transactions in accordance with policy and procedure.
