Famous Footwear in the United States is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an engaging shopping experience and help guests find the perfect fit. You will contribute to the store’s culture, stay informed on trends, and share knowledge with customers to create the iconic Famous Feeling.

You’ll handle daily store tasks, support sales goals, and participate in training to grow with the brand. This role emphasizes flexibility and teamwork.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Able to build constructive relationships within the store.
• Able to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager when needed.
• Strong knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

• Maintain daily store operations: pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory.
