Job summary

Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate in the United States to create a welcoming in-store experience and drive sales for our shoe brands. You will be a team player, stay informed about trends, and share knowledge with customers to build engaging experiences that reflect the Famous Feeling.

You will handle daily store tasks, engage customers with top-notch service, and contribute to a positive store culture while promoting a diverse and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within store.
• Positive communication with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store tasks such as pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory to keep the store running smoothly.
• Engage customers with excellent service, drive sales, and promote Famous Footwear brands and concepts.
• Collaborate with the store team to meet store goals and maintain a welcoming environment for customers.
