Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead who is passionate about shoes and dedicated to delivering the best in-store experience. You will foster a welcoming culture, coach the team, and ensure excellent customer service while meeting sales goals.

You will manage store operations, maintain standards, and drive the team to deliver ‘Famous Feeling’ to every customer. A positive, flexible, and mentoring mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles preferred.
• Proven ability to mentor and motivate Associates.

Responsibilities

• Inspire that Famous Feeling by coaching selling behaviors and customer connection.
• Drive sales with accountability and goal achievement.
• Manage store operations including pricing, inventory, opening/closing, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and collaborate with partners to accomplish tasks.
• Promote the Famous culture and deliver top-notch customer experiences.
