Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead to elevate in-store experiences and drive sales while maintaining store operations, culture, and staffing that reflect the Famous brand. You will coach team members, model customer-focused selling behaviors, and uphold company policies to deliver consistent customer connections.

The role emphasizes ownership of daily store functions, merchandise presentation, and collaboration with teammates to hit store goals.

Qualifications

• Has a High School Diploma/GED.
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu.
• Previous experience being on a team and motivating others to accomplish a goal.
• Manages multiple tasks and communicates direction set by the store manager.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train Associates on selling and operational processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work a flexible schedule and meet availability requirements of the role.
• Has basic computer skills.

• Drive sales with accountability and focus on store performance.
• Own store operations from pricing to inventory and keep the store tidy and shoppable.
