Caleres’ Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead to foster a welcoming in-store culture and drive the best shoe store experience for every customer. You will lead the team, coach selling behaviors, manage daily operations, and ensure the store remains inviting, well‑stocked, and easy to shop.

The role emphasizes ownership of goals, collaboration with partners, and a passion for shoes and customer service, all while supporting a positive, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• Has a High School Diploma/GED.
• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles preferred.
• Ability to mentor and train Associates on selling and operational processes.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

• Drive sales with accountability for goals and store performance.
• Manage store operations from pricing to inventory and ensure the store is clean and well-layout for easy shopping.
