Caleres is seeking a Famous Footwear Sales Lead to deliver the best shoe store experience. You’ll inspire teammates, own store operations, and drive sales while maintaining a welcoming environment.

You’ll mentor associates, uphold policies, and champion our culture, ensuring every customer leaves with a perfect fit and the Famous Feeling. You’ll manage pricing, inventory, and daily readiness, with a focus on team development, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Experience in store management or supervisory role preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and motivate others to achieve goals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction from the store manager.
• Experience mentoring and training associates on selling and operational processes.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills required.
