Job summary

Caleres’ Famous Footwear division in California seeks a Sales Lead to create an exceptional in-store experience, coach teammates, and model the Famous Feeling as you guide daily operations. You’ll own opening and closing, ensure shelves are stocked and clean, and help customers find perfect fits with enthusiasm and product knowledge.

Your energy will influence the team’s performance, you’ll uphold store standards and policies, and you’ll contribute to a positive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Good knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Experience in store management or relevant supervisory role preferred.
• Ability to mentor and train associates in selling and operational processes.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn store systems.
