Caleres’ Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead to create an inviting store environment and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll coach teammates, drive sales, manage opening/closing duties, and keep the floor organized so customers find the perfect fit.

You’ll embrace diversity, lead by example, and motivate the team to celebrate successes while staying informed about trends across our brands. A High School Diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Experience leading a team or mentoring Associates.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate directions clearly.
• Demonstrated mentoring and training of Associates on selling and processes.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills for daily store operations.
