Caleres’ Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead passionate about delivering the best shoe-store experience. You create a welcoming in-store culture and coach teammates to ensure customers leave with the perfect fit and the Famous Feeling.

You’ll drive sales, own store operations, and mentor Associates while upholding the brand’s values across opening, closing, inventory, and customer connections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong understanding of general retail practices.
• Experience in store management or relevant leadership role.
• Ability to mentor and train Associates on selling and operational processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate clear directions.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills for POS and inventory tasks.
