Caleres’ Famous Footwear Sales Lead role seeks a passionate retail leader dedicated to delivering the best shoe store experience. You create a welcoming environment and in-store culture where customers feel valued and return for great service and product fit.

You’ll manage daily store operations, coach teammates, and drive sales while ensuring the store is clean, well-organized, and easy to shop. Join us to champion the Famous Feeling every day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven ability to lead a retail team and motivate others.
• Strong customer service orientation and selling skills.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills and store operations knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Inspire that Famous Feeling by coaching teammates on selling behaviors and Customer Connection.
• Drive daily sales and contribute to store performance with accountability for goals.
• Own store operations: pricing, inventory, cleanliness, and smooth checkout flow.
• Maintain strong adherence to company policies and use resources to accomplish tasks.
