Caleres' Famous Footwear division seeks a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive store performance. You will help maintain a welcoming environment, stay informed on trends, and share that knowledge with customers to foster loyalty.

In this role, you will support daily operations, engage customers with enthusiasm, and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals while upholding our standards of service and integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store staff.
• Excellent communication with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: manage pricing, shipments, fulfillment, and inventory to keep the store organized and shoppable.
