You’ll support store operations, engage with customers, and collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals. This role emphasizes integrity, inclusivity, and a positive, proactive mindset on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to build relationships with store teammates.
• Strong communication with all levels of staff.
• Exercise independent judgment with supervision as needed.
• Solid understanding of retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work well in a team and flexibly schedule.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow store policies to maintain the Famous Footwear experience.
• Provide stellar customer engagement and drive sales.
• Assist with pricing, shipments, fulfillment, and inventory tasks.
• Support training and development of teammates as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and ensure products are easy to shop.
