Responsibilities

• Develop product knowledge and sizing expertise.
• Be aware of loss prevention and safety practices.
• Assist with inventories, shipping/receiving, and floor placement as needed.
• Process sales at the POS, ensure mates for all shoes.
• Handle refunds/exchanges, S2H, and customer pickups as needed.
