Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience through service standards and product knowledge.
• Promote current sales promotions and rack room rewards program.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and store cleanliness across areas.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge and fitting skills.
• Be aware of loss prevention concerns involving customers and staff.
• Assist in inventories, shipping/receiving, and floor merchandising as needed.
• Process transactions accurately through the POS system and ensure mates are checked.
