Job summary
American Exchange Group in New York City is seeking a Footwear Product Development Manager to lead end-to-end development of high-volume, cost-driven footwear programs for department stores, mass market and off-price channels. You will drive speed-to-market, manage overseas factories, and ensure retailer-specific requirements, packaging, and pricing strategies while maintaining brand integrity and quality.

Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of footwear product development experience
- Experience working with major retailers (e.g., Walmart Retail Link, Kohl’s DSCO, JCP CommerceHub)
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PLM/ERP systems
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of high-volume footwear programs across channels
- Collaborate with Design, Sales, and Merchandising on line plans and pricing
- Manage calendars, tech packs, and production readiness
- Oversee overseas factories and vendor management
- Ensure retailer-specific requirements, packaging, labeling, and routing standards
